Whether you're a masterchef or master-microwaver, we've got some of the best free recipe websites and apps to shake up your mealtimes.

Yummly
Yummly is home to over 2 million unique recipes and is perfect for people who need ideas for meals. If you find a recipe that suits your taste, simply hit the 'Yum' button, and it'll save the recipe for you. You can organise your recipes and add them to collections, like lunch or dinner.

Yummly is the perfect recipe app if you're looking for some foody inspiration to liven up your lunch
The app can be customised with your dietary preferences, including allergies and personal tastes, to tailor the recipes you'll see. It'll even learn what you like over time the more you use it. All recipes come with step-by-step instructions. And some even have video tutorials to make things even easier.
My Fussy Eater
Whether you're a self-confessed fussy eater or have the challenge of catering to them at home, My Fussy Eater could be your holy grail.
Founded by Ciara Attwell, mum to fussy eating 3 year old daughter, Aoife, the recipes are designed to promote a better and varied diet. Not to mention to inject a little fun into mealtimes as well.
The site has over 500 recipes available and can be a life saver for those struggling with reluctant eaters. Recipes range from nutritious breakfasts and school lunch ideas to healthy snack options.
All the recipes on the site can also be found on their YouTube channel, for those who prefer to watch in a video format. There's also an accompanying cookbook and mobile app available for both iOS and Android devices.
Thank you to Angela Wallace, marketing communications manager (content) in the marketing communications team for this tasty recommendation!
Gousto
Many of us will be familiar with Gousto as a meal box delivery service. Subscribers pay to have a meal box delivered to their door weekly, fortnightly or monthly. This includes all the ingredients needed for the recipes they've chosen, measured exactly in the volumes needed.
Gousto comes highly recommended by Kate Scott, marketing communications manager (account management), in our marketing communications team. Kate is a meal subscriber and finds them super. She's also a big fan of using the recipe section of the website.
Some of Kate's favourite recipes include:
- Indonesian-style chicken rice with satay sauce
- sticky chilli beef burritos with lime mayo
- Taiwanese 5-spice braised pork belly with pak choi rice.
Mmmm!
