At the end of March, Andrew Dillon, our chief executive for over 20 years, left NICE. In his final all staff email, Andrew wrote, "This is the best job I’ve ever had and you are the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. I’ll miss you more than I can say."

He also filmed a short farewell message to share with staff.
